Williamson County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Jan. 31.
CapStar Bank increased its visibility and enhanced its “warm atmosphere” and services by opening a new, expanded location on Maryland Way in Brentwood Thursday.
Chief Executive Officer Claire Tucker said the bank’s new location will draw more customers at the prime spot in Brentwood’s business district.
“We are really thrilled about the location,” Tucker said. “The traffic counts are high here on Maryland Way, and we believe we can continue to build our presence here in Williamson County. We look forward to doing business with community consumers.”
Although CapStar has had a presence in Brentwood since 2009 at a previous location, the bank outgrew the space, leading to its expansion around the corner in a new building on Maryland Way. The expansion roots the bank for further growth in Brentwood and Williamson County.
“With Williamson County being one of the fastest-growing counties in the state, we are glad to be a part of that,” Tucker said.
The population in Williamson County is expected to double by 2040, while Brentwood is expected to grow by 20 percent in the next five years.
The new 7,800-square-foot space with the capacity for 20 employees will provide consumers with an inviting atmosphere and warm environment to take care of their personal and commercial banking needs.
“People want to bank where they feel welcomed in a warm environment, where everybody knows your name,” Tucker said.
Retail branch supervisor Lee Hunter looks forward to the bank’s future.
“This location gives us more room for growth and provides better visibility,” he said.
Chief Financial Officer Rob Anderson said the bank’s decision to relocate shows its dedication to growth and serving consumers.
“This prominent location in Brentwood is a testament to our customers, showing them that we are dedicated to serving them in the best way possible,” he said.
Anderson said along with a larger space, the bank’s services are enhanced as well.
“Most importantly,” he said, “the new location is more visible, more convenient, easier to find and offers enhanced services to our customers, starting with the drive-thru and ATM.”
